Verify Your Hours

1. Add us to your volunteer tracking platform

If you just need a supervisor’s info to log your hours on your school’s platform, use:

  • Supervisor Name: Nataly Miranda

📢 Tip: Make sure any verification emails are sent to support@upchieve.org, and include the date range for the hours you completed (you can add it in the description or notes if there’s no option to select it).

For example: “I completed 12 hours between April 12, 2026 and April 19, 2026.”

2. We can sign YOUR FORM

If you need an UPchieve supervisor’s signature on an existing form, fill out the form below.

  • Make sure all fields are completed—except the supervisor signature, supervisor name, and date signed.

  • Even if the form indicates it must be completed by a supervisor, please complete it on your end

  • Incomplete forms (missing names, dates, or hours) won’t be processed.

  • Requests are typically completed within 8 business days.

3. We can provide a signed letter

  • Hours are automatically calculated based on the selected date range—no need to calculate them in advance.

  • You must be fully onboarded and have completed at least one tutoring session in the selected date range to request a verification letter.

  • Letters aren’t generated for elapsed availability hours only—you’ll also need to have passed a quiz, referred a volunteer, or done some tutoring in the selected date range.

  • No! You do not need to email us asking if you can get your hours signed. The answer is always yes. Whenever you do need your hours, simply complete any of the above steps.
