Give a Legacy Gift

A legacy gift is a planned gift that designates a non-profit as the beneficiary of an estate. This is commonly done by naming the organization in your will or living trust or by designating the organization as the beneficiary of a 401k or pension.

If you don’t have a will already, you can create one at freewill.com and name UPchieve as a beneficiary.

Yes! If you are 70 ½ or older, you can support UPchieve by donating up to $100k from your IRA without paying any income taxes on the money.
